Sit, Perch & Chirp – Our Carers Club

Caring for someone can be rewarding, but it can bring challenges too. Sit, Perch & Chirp is a relaxed, friendly space for carers to come together, share ideas, talk through challenges and explore sources of support and signposting with our trustee and volunteer, June Fletcher.

Refreshments will be available for a donation, so come along, have a cuppa and enjoy a chat with others who understand.

When: The last Saturday of every month, starting Saturday 28 November (no meeting in December). 11am - 2.30pm at The Frimley Centre, 64 London Road, St Leonards.

No entry fee, no appointment necessary, just turn up!
