Bedgebury - ‘Welcome to the Forest’ project
Members of Open Door Day Service were very happy to be invited to Bedgebury Pinetum earlier this month to take pert in their ‘Welcome to the Forest’ project - a pilot initiative open to registered community groups and organisations in our local area offering a supportive introduction to the forest. Our members braved the wintery weather to learn about the forest, experience campfire cookery and crafts and the tea and cake in the cafe was a big hit.
